Enzo Mari | Italian Design in Prenzlauer Berg

“An artist that grapples with real life” says Nicola Locatelli of Spazio Corsivo, a design shop in Prenzlauer Berg, about the Italian designer and artist Enzo Mari. On October 5 at 6 p.m., Spazio Corsivo will launch an exhibition with selected works by Mari, who is is regarded as one of the most influencial designers of the 20^th century.

Visitors of the exhibition can skim through rare or out-of-print editions of Mari's books alongside toys and objects created by the Italian artist, like the “Berlin” porcelain collection Mari designed in 1996 for the Royal Porcelain Factory. The exhibition will run until the beginning of December.
