Wo die Dumpling-Manufaktur ist,
haben wir mittlerweile herausgefunden:
Es ist die Dunckerstraße 60.
Nur wann sie eröffnet,

Holiday Food
02. January 2012
It may be hard to believe but there are some people that aren't into hanging out in the kitchen during the holdiays. These people don't necessarily want to go through the hassle of trying to get a table at a restaurant on Christmas Eve, either. So how can you relax and still enjoy a good meal with your family and friends?
Try dropping by the Alpenstück manufactory and grabbing something from the refrigerated display case. You'll have a choice of duck legs, potato and bread dumplings, red and green cabbage. Everything is vacuumed and good for four weeks. Christina Bujarra will explain just how easy the preparation is, even to cooking greenhorns. In addition to Christmas classics, the manufactory offers almost everything that you'd find on the Alpenstück restaurant's menu: Maultaschen, Leberkäse, potato salad, Spätzle and many more.
And even the biggest Christmas grinch will want to join into the holiday craze when faced with the assortment of cookies and gingerbread. For more sweetness, pay the baker across the street a visit. Marko Vieille has fresh cinnamon rolls and almond horns and a daily selection of fresh bread in store.
