Fabian Johow and Stephan Hentschel combine a South American culinary dish with a modern popup.

Fabian Johow and Stephan Hentschel’s Ceviche Bar popup started at Fabian’s agency at Torstrasse 66. Creative and with culinary backgrounds their project is not about making profit, but independently making things happen, something collective and beautiful. Originally for friends and acquaintances Stephan’s reputation as a chef and its quality now attracts up to 300 people. Luckily, the next Ceviche Bar popup is being planned.
